Can the new world government create millions of job opportunities for the world citizens?

Well for those of you looking forward to start working in a standard organisation, here comes the New World Government Initiative known as (The International World Nations Organisation) "TIWNO" the organisation is designed to employ millions of the world citizens who would be over seeing / carrying out the world operation. 

The new world government is a newer version of the old world government system which now introduces a new features. One of the major project is to create job opportunities and to reduced poverty rate within the world. The project introduced by the New World Government is the World Citizen Monthly Salary Allowance for every citizens to be receiving a monthly stipend to every participating nations. 

The New World Government envisioned to provide working space for millions of school graduates, none graduates and the ordinary citizens to have a means of survival and to beneficially engaged the working and none working world citizen as heir unveil the International World Nations Organisation, with its operational office all around the world.

The International World Nations Organisation (TIWNO) said is currently undergoing the development phase, that the organisation is now read to employ massively all around the word.
